  What an amazing shop. She is fast, friendly and professional. My eyebrows never looked so good. She listened to what I wanted and did what I asked. I know what type of arch I like and she didn't try to talk me out of it.
  
  She also reached out via phone call and email to explained that on previous visits the reasons for which my charges hadn't appeared on my cc statement. She was trying to let the credit charges build so she'd have a lump sum at the end of a few months not realizing that by not clearing the machine and submitting the charges to the companies that it would effect her clients statements and how they were billed. She is new at this and English is her second language. She has made every attempt to reach out to anyone effected and hopefully rectified any damage or inconvenience it may have caused. More then most would've done.
